Return, Shipping, Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Custom Made (Ready to Wear Wigs) to order wigs will take up 7-21 days to be customized or sooner depending on the demand of the items. Once wig is done it will be shipped.  Bundles, Closures, Frontals, and hair products will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that some of FHJ products have processing time dates meaning your item will be complete and shipped on that specific date. Processing time is the time it takes FHJ to prepare your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once FHJ has shipped it. We do NOT ship orders the same day due to fraud risk check on all orders. ALL ORDER ARE SHIPPED USPS or UPS WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED!  Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. *Please note that once packages are received by USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to a USPS or UPS 

We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping & billing addresses, incorrect wig measurements, or damage done by the customers. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to avoid order being cancelled. We also encourage to make sure all measure are accurate.

We are not able to change or switch addresses under any circumstances. The billing and shipping address must match in order to avoid any potential fraudulent activity. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address or lost in mail during transit.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL Once order has been received there will be no cancellations! NO EXCEPTIONS

If there is a mistake or manufacturers’ defect, we will take steps to have the issue rectified or replaced after you notify us immediately after receiving item within 24 hours via email at inquires@flawlesshairjunkie.com

If there is an issue with your order due to FHJ, and it needs to return for an exchange, the hair must be in the following condition:

The hair and bundle must be intact, wig must also be intact. The bundles, frontal, closure or wig cannot be altered in any way. The hair cannot be cut, colored or processed, or it voids any exchanges.

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.

The hair cannot be shipped back damp or wet.

Hair remains in the bundle and zip ties are intact up top.

The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged.

Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.
